?This is a manufacturer sourced replacement part designed for use with Senco staplers. This is one of the seals for the valve. Over time it will shrink, become brittle and crack allowing for air leaks. At that time it should be replaced. It is made out of rubber material and it is sold individually. Replacing this item you would need hex key/allen wrench and pliers to replace this item.

2) Removed the piston, it had 2 seals cracked.
3) Replaced them with new ones.
4) Assembled back the piston.
5) Closed up the top with the 4 Allen screws.
