This is a genuine manufacturer sourced replacement part used on Senco nailers. This assembly consists of a two (2) rubber seals, two (2) rubber washers, metal spring and a metal valve. If your tool is leaking air or gets stuck, replacing firing valve assembly may resolve the issue. To complete this repair you would need a screwdriver and pliers.

Worked as expected.
All the parts arrived within a week, they all fit and the nailer is shooting nails. The repair is easy to do and way cheaper than buying a new framing nailer.

Common Sense that\'s all. Open the head by removing the four allen screws, take out bad components, put new components in, look for broken pieces in cylinder. Replace the head and tight the four allen bolts. Oil and test.

Firing value shattered and nail gun would not fire
Nothing to this repair. Remove the top cover of the nail gun. You will then see the damaged parts. Remove them & make sure there is no debris from the broken parts that are left in the gun. Lube the new parts and install them in the gun, then install the top cap. Start nailing again.
1. Removed 4 screws from the top
2. Took out bad parts
3. Blew out debris
4. Lubed up new parts & inserted them in the nailer
5. Reinstalled the 4 screws
Removed the top of the gun and the firing valve assembly. replaced with new firing valve assembly then replaced top of gun.
after repair air still escaped from the top of gun and the driver will not return after driving a nail.
Replaced everything except the Piston. Easy project and I\'m a girl. Late husband put off this repair, fearing it would take tools we didn\'t have. Clean all your parts good and use grease in kit.
