Total Repair Time:

Tools:
Nutdriver, Socket set
Parts Used:
82184, 62799, 62784
The original burner tube set were impossible to remove with a socket set.
I had to saw them off.
Once that was done, I followed the instructions and it went well.
They were original equipment (9 years)...maybe that caused the issue?
Anyway, it might be good to note that a 5/16 socket may not loosen the bolt .

Removed fuel train knobs, and internal grill components grill sections, heat deflectors ( which were replaced), which provided access to the three fuel trains.
One screw and removal of the fuel rail and the igniters (which merely snap in) and youGÇÖre off.
Truthfully, youGÇÖll spend more time cleaning the grill than making thi s repair

Total Repair Time:

Tools:
Screw drivers
Parts Used:

1. Removed old grill tubes
2. Unsuccessfully tried to remove old burner tube hold down screws. Used wd40, torch and adjustable pliers to no avail.
3. Due to fear of breaking off old corroded screws, stopped and decided to grind old screws to accommodate placement of burner tubes slot end over screw post.
4. Reassembled g rill & tested.
5. Weber grill works better than it has in a long time.
6. In hindsight, tubes should have been replaced over a year ago.
