1. Removed grill set.
2. Lifted out old flavorizers.
3. Brushed up debris from old flavorizers.
4. Set new flavorizers in place.
5. Replaced old grill set.

Burner tubes stopped up or burned out.

Took out the 3 bolts holding burner tube down. Slid electric igniters off tubes. Replaced tubes and igniters. Dropped in flavorizer bars. Hardest thing was one bolt was burnt and rounded. Other wise easy fix.

Ignition module failed, and flavorizer bars were corroded

Removed the front of the ignition module
Removed the nut holding the ignition by hand
Exchanged the wires from the old ignition to the new one
Place the end of the ignition through the housing
Installed the hardware pack
Tightened the nut on the back of the ignition by hand

Burner tubes corroded

Followed provided instructions. Problem area was removing igniter clips from the old burner tubes. Instructions were not clear on method to use, simply said remove. One clip was bent in the removal and I spent 1 1/2 hours repairing it so it could be reinstalled.

Removed grill grates
Removed old flavor bars.
Perfect time to clean the grill out.
Put new flavor bars in, put grates back and fired up the grill.
Cooked much better after replacing the bars. Weber are great
