Product Description

?

This is a genuine flavorizer bar set designed for Weber grills. It is supplied directly from original equipment manufacturer. The purpose of bars is to direct grease and drippings away from the burner tubes. This will help to cut down on flare ups tremendously. An extra benefit these bars is that they help add that "cooked on a grill" flavor to the food. Bars would normally rust due to the combination of heat and moisture. That is why it is important to clean and dry out the grill after each use. Please note, this set includes five (5) stainless steel bars.

Total Repair Time:

Tools:
Nutdriver, Socket set
Parts Used:

The original burner tube set were impossible to remove with a socket set.
I had to saw them off.
Once that was done, I followed the instructions and it went well.
They were original equipment (9 years)...maybe that caused the issue?
Anyway, it might be good to note that a 5/16 socket may not loosen the bolt .

Removed fuel train knobs, and internal grill components grill sections, heat deflectors ( which were replaced), which provided access to the three fuel trains.
One screw and removal of the fuel rail and the igniters (which merely snap in) and youGÇÖre off.
Truthfully, youGÇÖll spend more time cleaning the grill than making thi s repair
