Our barbecue hasn\'t worked for a while. I was reluctant to buy a new one, and decided to take the plunge and see if it were worth trying to rebuild the Char-Broil I had (now close to 10 years old). So I did the following:

1. Removed old parts.
2. Cleaned unit.
3. Got online and ordered new parts.
4. When pa rts arrived, got frustrated that I had ordered the wrong ones (hadn\'t checked the serial number).
5. Called eReplacement, who helped me figure out the right ones and facilitated the return.
6. Sulked.
7. New parts arrived and were installed within about 25 minutes.
8. Barbecued chicken and corn for dinner.
9. Did the happy dance!

The parts were very easy to find on your site and were delivered 2 to 3 days earlier than the projected delivery date. All the parts were replaced in under 15 minutes using only phillips screwdriver and was back to grilling. I highly recommend using this site for you\'re parts.

1. Had to order parts twice since there was no way to replace the cross over tubes without replaceing the main burner tubes.
2. Had to drill out the screws holding the main burners then get an easy out. This alone took several hours and a few drill bits that were destroyed.

I removed all of the old burners & debris from the grill. In order to get the new burners to line up with the dials I had to pull the dials & remove the screws so the burners could be aligned. after I figured that out it went smooth. It is as good as new now!

Removed old parts and installed new.....they were just like the original parts so it made the repair much easier. The parts are more reasonably priced than the big box stores parts and are factory correct
