2. Loosen bolts for pulley and removed pulley
3. Removed cylinder bolts
4. Removed cylinder head along with muffler bolts & unit
5. While removing cylinder the piston head and rings were inspected and removed
6. Replaced cylinder head, piston head, piston rings, piston clamp pins, & piston bearing for installation with adequate oil lubricating piston, rings, cylinder, & bearing.
7. Installed new intake with appropriate metal clamp before final installation of each part.
8. Torqued each bolt to specs and installed each part along with new ZAMA carburetor replacing malfunctioning Walbro carburetor. Accelerator pump on Walbro carb malfunctioned. ZAMA carb fit perfectly for successful start up of Husky 357xp chain saw.
9. Chain saw runs like new with total rebuild of piston, piston rings, intake boot w/ metal clamp, ZAMA carburetor, and cleaning of fuel lines with system.
