Canner and pressure cooker had dried/old rubber parts
THESE WEREN'T FOR A RICE COOKER!!!!! They were for a pressure canner and a daily use pressure cooker!

Just remover hardened rubber parts and replaced. Then also replaced pressure gauge on canner and both got new gaskets. Very easy repairs. Bought extra rubber gaskets to have on hand because can't find them close to me. Just used screw driver and pliers. Parts were easily switched just had to make sure new pressure gauge was good and tight.

It is actually a Presto Pressure Canner, not rice cooker--that option not available to choose. Ordered and installed new parts.
