    Replaced bad trigger assy. but air was bleeding past trigger. So I replaced the upper "O" ring in the barrel and repair was complete.

    Leaking air at trigger

    Screwdriver, Impact driver with allen wrenches, clear synthetic grease

    1. Dassemble starting with top to bottom of cylinder.
    2. Locate and replace failed o rings (or replace all)
    3. Cat everything well with clear synthetic grease.
    4. Rassemble bottom to top
    5. Use a water filter on your hose to nailer
    6. Give nailer 2 or 3 shots of pneumatic oil and shoot two or three nails to lubricate nail gun.
    7. Lubricate with pneumatic oil before storing.

    Bad orings

    Remove nail magazine remove end housings remove trigger assy remove internal parts and lay out in order of removal clean all parts install new o-rings and reassemble in reverse order

    Faulty O Rings

    Pete - September 1, 2017
    Removed the screws from the top cap and replaced all of the worn o-rings. Cleaned the internal parts of the gun and oiled it. Then installed the top cap back on. Works like a new nail gun now.
