This is an authentic OEM part that is sourced directly from Weber. It is used with the One-Touch Kettle Grill. It is used to jostle and sweep charcoal particles into the ash catcher below the grill for disposal. This kit will need some light assembly before use; printed installation instructions are included.

    The original One-Touch Cleaning Kit had rusted two of the three piece blades.

    Used pliers to turn and remove the screw holding the handle. Once the handle was free, the old One-Touch Cleaning Kit came loose from the kettle. I then installed the new one.

    Old cleaning kit had rusted out and lost one of the arms

    1. Remove old cleaning kit from grill. This was the hardest part as the old parts had rusted together. Sprayed some WD-40 and let it sit for a few minutes and it came apart much easier.
    2. Installed new kit per instructions. Was very easy, but a 2nd person was helpful to balance the overturned grill.

    Used penetration oil to free the frozen original parts.
    Plyers to twist back and forth until free.
    Installed new parts, easy install.
    The last time this happened I bought a whole new grill.
    Wish I would have found this website then. Would have saved me from purchasing a new grill when I only needed replacement parts. Easy peezy.
