Diagnosed fan was inoperable. Diagnosed fan motor had bad bearings. Ordered part from site. Part came damaged from shipper. ONE FIVE MINUTE CALL FIXED EVERYTHING!!!! Ereplacement was incredibly good customer service oriented. Overnight part to me as replacement. Commercial application, so time was of the essence. Part arrives. Disassembled oven interior. Remove oven back panel. Mark wiring. Remove fan and motor. Mount new fan motor using scribes to line up perfectly with mounting holes to get BALANCE RIGHT.
Problem fixed.
Ordered second fan motor immediately, because the new one made the second one sound like a freight train. (Two fan oven)
Affordable parts. Top notch service. Guaranteed results.
I will not look elsewhere for online repair parts again. I was so impressed I contacted them first when presented with a cap-ex upgrade bathroom fan/light project for 2018....wanting to give them my business...they only do parts!!!! Not whole new install units!!!!
