Good Part, but Poor Packaging
When this replacement seat back arrived, it was wrapped tightly in sticky tape. When I removed the tape, it left residue all over the mesh and leather. I had to go shopping to find a product that would remove the stickiness without damaging the seat. Quite a hassle and disappointment.

Always a good idea to carefully look over how the original equipment looked before disassembling. On this bike, there is a plastic panel covering the back, basically decorative. That came off easily enough, held on by 4- 6 screws. I carefully examined how the old seat was strapped on before undoing the various clips and loosening the straps. The old seat slid easily off and I slid the new one on, pulling down tightly. The very bottom two straps were the trickiest as I first tried to loop them around the very bottom bar of the seat frame and then realized they looped around the bar just over the bottom one (taking a picture would have been a good idea. I secured the other straps, each a little at a time, pulling down on the cover as I went to get it as snug as possible. The new seat ended up fitting very nicely. I still had the plastic seat panel to attach but decided to leave that off as it would have meant putting the screws through the material of the new cover. That was how it went on the old cover but I did not want to risk tearing the new cover by putting holes in it. To make the back look more attractive, I threaded the straps back through the clips so that they weren't dangling out. The installation went well and I'm very pleased with the not only the quality of the new seat cover but also how well it fits.

3. Slipped on new seat back
4. Tightened straps, used pliers to pull straps tight.
Did not reinstall cover, not necessary.
