The purpose of this part is to adjusts the pressure of the air coming from the tank to the desired level. This item includes a metal manifold, quick connect fitting and a plastic regulator knob. Make sure to unplug the air compressor release all the air from the tank before installing this part.

Parts Used
Remove the 2 phillips head retaining screws under the plastic housing, and slide the housing out of the way.
this will allow clearance for the manifold to be un threaded from the press. tank.
Disconnect the press. relief hose from the manifold before removing. Replace clamp with a miniature adjustable clamp.
Remove the press. gauges, release ring and reinstall on new manifold after cleaning threads. and
applying thread. sealer.
Reattach the manifold, press. relief hose and housing.
Good To Go!

2. Removed compressor
3. Unscrewed manifold assembly and gauges
4. Used pipe tape on all fittings
5. Re installed gauges and manifold assembly
6. Re installed compressor onto tank
7. Re connected all hose
8. Run unit, test for leaks and adjust press

Disconnect copper line to tank from compressor
Cut clamp on rubber line to regulator and removed hose.
Unscrew pressure gauges and set aside
Unscrew pressure relief valve and set aside
Remove output hose qick connect and set aside
Remove two screws from compressor base (one front and one back) and slide compressor off top of tank
Unscrew regulator and discard
On new regulator, apply Teflon tape to threads and screw in to tank
Apply tape to pressure valve, gauges and output qick release. Screw in and tighten.
Check rubber hose from compressor and replace if needed, make sure hose is clamped tightly
Slide compressor unit back on tank and secure with two screws
Reattach rubber line to regulator with new clamp and tighten clamp
Reattach copper line from compressor to tank and snug down.
Power up and check for leaks.
My rubber hose from the compressor to the regulator was perished which made me remove the four torx screws from the plastic cover to access the hose on the compressor and replace it. I used 1/4” braided fuel line for this

Disconnected airline to regulator.
Removed two Phillips screws holding compressor in place.
Slid compressor off of tank.
Removed regulator from tank.
Removed blow off valve and gauges from manifold.
Reversed for install.

2. Disconnected the lines to the compressor pump
3. Removed the set screws holding the pump on and removed it from the tank
4. Unscrewed the old regulator assembly from the tank
5. Transferred the gauges and pop valve from the old assembly to the new one
6. Screwed the new assembly onto the tank
7. Connected the pump back on top of the tank, and attached the lines to the tank.
8. Plugged it in and turned it on to pressure up the tank
9. Leak checked the fittings
