The repair required replacement of the lower shaft as a unit and then replacing trimmer head unto new shaft. It was all pretty much straight forward. All parts were competitively priced. The lower shaft was back ordered and arrived slightly ahead of estimated date. The associate I spoke to was knowledgeable and answered all questions. I have dealt with EReplacement parts before and have always been satisfied. I will continue to do so and recommend them to anyone looking for parts. DC
