Hello Jim, thank you for your question. We have no information on SCCPVC688EC-S but we do sell Lid Assembly With Handle 185888000000. When placing this lid on the stoneware, you will need to hook the metal wire clip onto the clip hook. Then flip the travel latch around to the top and push the latch down to securely lock it in place. We hope this helps.
