The cover is used to enclose the cylinder head and to provide a fill spout to add oil to the engine. This kit will include the cover, gasket, and hardware, please note the oil cap is available separately.

Inspected engine found valve cover was cracked and leaking oil.
Removed valve cover found intake push rod was bent and had knocked exhaust push rod out of place cracking valve cover.
Ordered parts to repair engine.
Received parts install new push rod and reinstall the one that was out of place cover new parts with oil. Install new valve cover.
Fill engine with new oil and change oil filter.
Test run engine it is running fine now.
Mowed the yard engine is in a Exmark Lazer Z

Crank seal (lower) and Head gaskets starting to leak

2 Drained oil and filter
3 Replaced crank seal
4 Removed all shields
5 Remove heads , inspect and clean
6 Installed new gaskets ,torque head bolts
7 Reassemble and installed
8 New oil and filter
