    1. Removed the present inner and outer flanges.
    2. Replaced the present flanges with the new ones.
    3. Tightened down the blade bolt with the new flanges and blade.
    4. Works perfectly.

    Circular saw was missing the inner flange to keep the blade tight and secure.

    One of my colleagues for an unknown reason grinded the inner blade flange. I ordered a new one and replaced it and the saw works like new

    Made sure the saw was unplugged. Removed the blade with the Allen wrench. Took the old inner blade flange and replaced it with the new one.
    Put the blade back on. Tighten the nut. Circular saw is ready to chop some more wood
