Drive belt is accessible from underneath.
Remove broken bracket, replace with new.
Put pulley onto new bracket.
Set drive belt back into place.
Reattach cutting deck.

Removed broken idler bracket,installed pulley on new idler bracket and installed new idler bracket with the pulley on the mower and installed the drive belt around the pulley.very easy repair.
