I have this engine powering a generator. It has an electric starter and also a recoil start. The recoil is missing the part(s) that connect to the flywheel. Will a P/N 399671 do this job?

Hello James, thank you for your question. The Starter clutch package includes one clutch and one ball bearing. The starter clutch allows the engine to start by engaging the crankshaft to spin the engine and initiate combustion. We hope this helps.
