Chain bar stud got stripped and the housing got stripped when we tried to remove the stud.

2. cleaned away all the saw dust and oil debris.
3. removed the spring ring then removed the drive gear and bar adjuster.
4. removed all the Philips head screws holding the case/housing and handle.
5. Removed the rubber panel and glued it to the new housing. Please note, the housing comes with the chain bar stud already pressed into the housing.
6. carefully install the new housing panel and handle. It fit perfectly!
7. carefully tightened all screws to get the housing fitting tight.
8. install the drive gear and spring ring making sure the spring fits into the drive shaft retainer grove.
9. put the bar adjuster, bar and chain in place and install the cover. Done and it works like new.

Did not need the motor housing side of the saw so just installed the bar side
Reinstalled the bar adjustment mechanism
Reinstalled the chain sprocket

Added bar oil and tested saw no problems
