Vacuum hose
The vacuum hose on my Simplicity Tractor that powered the fuel pump had a leak not allowing the fuel pump to work. I found your phone number on a sticker on the tractor. I spoke to the customer service representative. After discussing the problem and reading the information off of labels she found the part. When she sent the shipping information I noticed that it didn't look like the hose that I needed. I saw a part on Amazon that looked like what I needed and ordered it too. I received the hose from Amazon first and it fit my tractor exactly. Later in the week I received the part from Replacement Parts and it wasn't the correct part that I needed. Customer Service was very kind and I thought helpful, but I didn't get the correct part. Simplicity needs to do a better job of making a detailed identification labels so that their engine models can easily be identified. My local Simplicity Dealer was too busy to return my call and help me.
