Overall, satisfied with my purchase and very happy to have my bandsaw operational again at a reasonable price.
It's a shame the Rigid part is out of stock everywhere as it seems to be a very high fail item. I hope the Porter Cable part holds up better.

Removed wheel height adjustment threaded rod and spring.
Removed two screws and washers to remove cast iron part.
Removed broken cast iron adjustment and replaced with new one.
Reversed order of operation to complete repair.
Note when looking at manual, parts were discontinued and was replace with complete parts as one part.

2 . Removed blade
3 . Removed the hub nut and upper wheel
4 . Removed the blade guards front and rear
5 . Removed upper wheel safety covers
6 . Lift out the tension adjustment assembly and move the components from the old hung to the new hinge assembly.
7 . Re-assemble the saw in the reverse order making sure that all fasteners are tight.
8 . Install a new blade and adjust tension, tracking, and guides.
Alignment hinge broke unable to align upper wheel.
