This is a genuine Hitachi replacement bolts sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer. These bolts are commonly used on nailers. (1) I removed the 4 hex screws holding the piston cap
(2) Removed cap
(3) Turned nailer upside down and shook out the plunger
(4) Removed worn O-ring, I used an awl to pry the ring off
(5) Replaced with new O-ring
(6) Slide piston back into nailer making sure to line up the blade with the hole. NOTE: The blade will only fit one way.
(6) Reinstalled piston cap
(7) Tightened down 4 hex screws
INSTALL MISSING PARTS
(1) Installed Feeder Spring using hinge pin and retainer
(2) Installed Guard and replaced the missing 2 hex screws
