Product Description ?

This is an authentic OEM part for use in Hitachi nailers and staplers. The head valve goes between the head valve spring and the o-ring. An allen wrench might be needed during the installation process. It is made of plastic and will require replacing if it becomes broken. This is available as an individual replacement part.

    went online and looked at a video on the disassembly. Took it apart and found the part that was broken. Went to Replacement parts and found the part I needed. Got the part and installed it in a few minutes. works like new. sending it in to Hitachi would have cost 90 dollars. The Part cost 20. thank you replacement parts.

    Head valve cracked

    Remover top cover
    Removedhead valve & head valve o ring
    Replaced with new head valve and o ring
    Placed spring in head valve and placed in top cover.
    Reassembled top cap to nailer.
    Tested nailer----works great

    Head cylinder cracked

    2. Removed damaged head cylinder.
    3. Install new head cylinder.
    4. Reinstall rear back.
