Just what I was looking for!!
I ordered this auxiliary handle to "replace" the built-in handle provided with my Bland & Decker ST4500 string trimmer. I have had wrist surgery and the built-in handle that comes with this model is stationery, and therefore, not comfortable for me to use--in fact, impossible for me to use! I was very happy to realized (per the 1" grid behind the auxiliary handle's image) that this part would work on my ST4500, and would be fully adjustable. It came in perfect condition and within the time frame promised. Thank you for being there for me!!

The old handle was off, so I just put on the new handle. I had saved the bolt and wing nut and attached the handle with no tools.

Removed the old bottom cover and took out the spring. Replaced with the new one. Easy breezy. We kept the screw and the wing nut from the broken handle and used them to attach the new handle. Piece of cake!

Took it out of carton. Snapped it on trimmer, and tightened wing nut nut with thumb and forefinger.
