The handle that raises and lowers the basket into the oil broke at its hing-point.

Parts Used
1. Opened the lid.
2. Removed the handle and attached basket.
3. Using both hands, spread the metal prongs to detach from the basket.
4. Spread the metal prongs of the new handle and inserted them into the basket.
5. Reinstalled handle/basket assembly into the deep fryer.
6. Tested its operation. It operated perfectly.
