Substituted half the order with inferior item
Order was for two pair of specific Rigid safety glasses. Received one pair of Rigid manufactured glasses and one cheap pair that were not Rigid. Although customer service refunded half the price it was still improper for the company to attempt to fulfill my order improperly.
