2. Remove the one 10mm bolt from the dip stick tube.
3. Remove the 5 10mm bolts holding the fuel tank.
4. Unscrew the 2 phillips screws holding the auto start from the fuel tank.
5. Remove the fuel line from the value.
6. Unscrew the shut off value from the tank.
7. Reverse the first 6 steps to reassemble.
Seals were shot. Leaked fuel like an open valve. Unlike most other fuel on off valve this is a riveted so it can't be opened and rebuilt.

2. Drained the fuel tank.
3. Unscrewed the old fuel valve from the bottom of the tank.
4. Installed the supplied screen onto the top of fuel valve and threaded the new valve into the bottom of the tank.
6. Added fuel to the tank and tested the new valve for leaks. No leaks!
7. Reinstalled the baffle and the rope starter assembly.
8. Filled the fuel tank and test run the machine.

Removed covers (10mm hex head bolts) from shutoff valve area
Disconnected gas line to carburetor
Connected short separate poly tube to gas valve to drain gas tank into gas can
Opened gas valve to drain tank
When drained, remove temporary hose
Unscrewed leaky valve from bottom of tank
Applied thread sealant to threads on new valve
Screwed valve into bottom of tank
Tightened lock nut - taking care to not make too tight, which would damage the gasket on the threaded valve section
Reconnected gas hose to carburetor, reattached covers.

2. Removed housing bolts.
3. Removed fuel lines.
4. Used wrench to remove old fuel valve then unscrewed in tank fuel filter with fingers
5. Installed new in tank fuel filter on new fuel valve and installed the new valve on the gas tank.
6. Put new gas in tank, made sure no leaks, and started it up.
