Product would not start and stay running. It sounded as if it would fire-up, but would not catch and run.

2. Removed all parts to be replaced, as well as trim and parts that needed to be removed in order to install new parts, including the spark plug, air filter and air filter holder, carburetor, old fuel tank and fuel lines, and fuel tank bumpers.
3. Installed new spark plug after setting proper gap.
4. Installed new fuel tank and lines, and bumpers, having noted where the new lines would go when I took the old tank off.
5. Disassembled the carburetor (simply removed 4 screws around the primer bulb to do this) and replaced the tiny fuel filter screen inside, then reassembled it. (Note-the small needle was used to remove the old fuel filter screen.)
6. Replaced carburetor on its two mounting posts.
7. Replaced the air filter holder, with new filter installed inside of it in its place on top of the carburetor.
8. Checked all nuts and screws for snug fit.
9. Added new-fresh fuel.
10. The device fired-up and ran well on the second pull of the starter cord, after proper priming per manufacturer's instructions.

With the hose inserted in the tank, simply seat the tank on the tabs, tighten the screws on the plate, connect the hoses to the carburetor. That's it.
