Drain the gas tank.
Remove the gas tank
Disconnect the fuel line from the tank and the carburetor
Verify that the fuel filter is clean and clear of all obstructions
Connect fuel line to carburetor and fuel tank.
Reinstall fuel tank.
Re-fill the fuel tank with non-ethanol gas. The problem is that the fuel line must make two tight bends on its short path to the carburetor and ethanol containing fuels tend to soften the line and allow it to "crimp" and restrict the flow of fuel. Starts great and runs for a few minutes before it stops. Allow it to sit for a few minutes and it starts immediately and runs for a few more minutes.
They should outlaw ethanol.
