Parts Used
Had to remove one of the mower wheels to get clearance to put the flap on. That's the way the mower is built. Used the screwdriver and pliers to remove the wheel fastener.

Turned over the mower. Loosened the rear axle and the wheels to get access to the flap that is mounted on the mower body. Installed the new flap and used a silicon sealer to bond the flap to the mower body.
