Product Description ?

This replacement air filter is an OEM sourced item that is specially designed for Echo chainsaws. Its purpose is to remove dust and other contaminants from the air that goes in the engine. To replace this filter you will need a screwdriver, simply remove the cover and replace the filter element. Please note this part is made from felt filter material and it is sold individually.

Screwdriver, Air Compressor, Carb Cleaner

Remove carb from saw.
Clean outside of carb with degreaser and hot water.
Disassemble carb and lay out parts in order.
Spray carb cleaner through all ports. Blow out ports with compressed air.
Pull up carb parts diagram at ereplacementparts.com for help making sure all parts go
back in right direction.
Reinstall carb and air cleaner.

Removed the filter cover, the filter, the gas tank and the carburetor. Disassembled and cleaned the carb. Replaced all parts from the kit. Reassembled and she fired up in 4 to 5 pulls. This is a very old chainsaw handed down to me. Still runs great. Thanks guys, everything fit perfect.
