This is not a repair part but a replacement for a part that wears out in time that cannot be taken apart for replacement parts, it is nice to have a place to go where one can find the needed parts to maintain a working appliance, mine is an Hamilton Beach Espresso Maker which makes great espresso granted I have access to replacement parts foe it and eReplacement parts.com is that place, thank you for being this place to go.

As described, factory new. Site listed multiple in stock. I ordered two. Got a mail saying 3 weeks basically - after a month of no follow-up, I found out that a single one was in stock, and instead of asking me if I wanted that one sent at ANY time during the month-long wait....I had to call in.
Doesn't make any sense in this era of real-time inventory.
