Parts Used
Removed bent fence (right side).
Installed replacement fence (right side).
Loosened up the left side fence
Then I used straight edge and square to calibrate both fences to be in plane and square to blade. Then I tightened both fences up tight. I tested the calibration by doing a cut and flip with a 6" wide piece of stock.

Part of the original fence ( A ) was broke off damaged by kickback while cutting
