    Socket set, A scrap piece of electric cord

    1. Removed safety cover
    2. Attempted to remove fan bolt, would not budge
    3. Removed fan shroud, Still, bolt would not move.
    4. Checked youtube.. similar blower... discovered the secret...
    5. *** Remove spark plug, fill cylinder with a length of power cord to stop piston rising ****
    6. Bolt is normal thread and came out with considerable effort
    7. Replace fan, remove cord, replace spark plug and all shrouds.
    8. Blower/shredder now works like new.

    Had to go to an auto shop the get the nut released that held on the fan. Took an impact wrench to free it the rest was easy

    The vacuum housing was worn through, the shredder blade was worn as was the blower the spark plug was just maintenance.

    Socket set, Nutdriver, Air wrench.

    1. Removed the fan cover or shroud on the left side making sure the auto cut-off switch was removed .2. Removed the shredder blade and fan. Needed a mechanic with an air wrench to un freeze it. .3. Reassembled in reverse order. 4. Runs as new.
