1. Removed old stop cable
2. Ordered new cable from ereplacementparts.
3. Installed new cable
The hardest part of this project was getting the new cable attached at engine, that's where the use of vise grips helped. On scale of 1-10 with 10 being the hardest, I would have to give this project a 0.25

Basically just removed the old cable, keeping in mind how it was connected, and then connected the new cable in the same manner. Easy Peasy.
