grossly overpriced
This is a plastic cap costing at most 3-5 cents to manufacture and less than $1 to ship for which I was charged $5 to purchase and $5 to ship. I bought it because I needed it and had no other option. Based on this eReplacement parts is a stark example of greed and unethical business practice towards their customer.

Paid Shipping Twice
I ordered a part for a friend and paid for shipping at checkout. Then after having to pick up the part at the post office, I had to pay for shipping again. No matter how good or bad the part may be, I will never order from your company again. One small part that shouldn't have costed more than $2 or $3 ended up costing $15.
