    Snowblower chute controls were broken on three different types of machined

    Adjustable Wrench

    I used an adjustable wrench to back off the nut on the chute and remove the broken spring part. I then put the new spring on the chute, and attached the other end to the deflector.

    Wear and tear. Same parts for 8 years before anything needed replacing

    Trial by error. Not to hard. Only challenge is by attempting to repair without the manual or user guide. Found the original skid plates were installed backwards from the manufacturer. All the replacement parts look just like the original parts :-)
