Our coffee pot got broken when it dropped, could not find the exact coffee pot model on any sites, or at the store we got it from. So looked up the model manufacturing model typed it in and bam, we found just what we needed on e-replacements. Shipped in a reasonable time, and did not have to buy a whole new coffee maker for just a new coffee pot. Thank you!

Well, first I opened the box, then unwrapped the plastic off the decanter. After that, I washed the decanter out. Finally, I placed into the decanter into the coffee maker. It went pretty smooth...opening the box was definitely the most difficult aspect of this endeavor. Good luck friends!
