  • Sent wrong part
From the parts breakdown I sought out the screws for the start housing and was sent a screw that was too long and wrong thread. These are screws that cannot be found in any hardware store. I had to modify a metric screw to repair the product myself. $22?for the wrong screws. I thought shipping was a little over the top for three screws that weighed an ounce. $11??

Installing the throttle spring and screw were missing parts from a basket case brought to me from a family member and was last couple of steps in the reassembly.
    1. Removed throttle assembly
    2. Removed the shaft and trimmer head assembly.
    3. Removed the clutch outer shell
    4. Removed the clutch assembly
    5. Removed the rear half of engine cover and wound new starter rope into recoil assembly
    6. Reassembled in reverse order.
