I simply removed the 4 small allen screws from the clipper. Dis-connected the 2 wires from their posts and connected the new cord back on the posts and installed the back on the clipper, secured with the 4 screws and done.

The clipper had a broken wire in the cord causing the clipper not to operate.

Tools Used

Screwdriver, Pliers

I unscrewed the four screw and removed top cover. I used a pair of needle nose pliers to release the hot black wire from the clipper off/on switch. Then removed the second white neutral wire from the motor terminal. Then I took the new cord and with needle nose pliers attached the wires in reverse ( black to the clippers switch n white to the motor terminal). I seated the rubber square part of the cord to its cradle then replace the wire hanger then cover plate next. Replaced the four Philips head screws ... Then plugged the cord in and tested the clipper ... Note: make sure you off/on switch extension is traveling properly to turn clippers off/on.
