The replacement arrived in a great timely manner and in good shape. However your 6 quart is not the same 6 quart mine is and fits very losely. The lid doesn't fit like it should. I will make it work but is not as it should be.

Ordering process quick, part great, communication excellent, company professional. Carrier a failure! Part arrived badly damaged, due entirely to carrier negligence, and should never have been delivered in such condition but returned for immediate replacement upon damaging.(Appeared to be run over! Never seen such badly damaged pkg) Carrier's lack of responsibility delayed pkg. Over 1 wk. Under expedited shipping instructs, further delays for return shipping instucts, reordering, company communications, return pkg drop off and pickup instructs, and new package delivery time. Company was great and w/out fault,however carrier's negligence and lack of responsibility caused undue stress , extra work, time and money, and an expiration of allotted time in which part finally having arrived long after purchaser had left, never having personally seen item, relying on others to report status and condition of item! Disappointing, not due to company, but failures and negligence of carrier!
