    Burners old and inefficient

    Thomas - July 10, 2018
    Removed grates and heat plates.
Sprayed with penetrant and wire brushed the inside and where burners met on wall of grill housing.
Used pliers to grab burners and gently rock to loosen and lift off of mounting screws in rear.
Once all burners loose I lifted entire assembly out of grill.
Removed stickers from new parts and cleaned to ensure no glue or paper inside holes.
Using old assembly for reference I re assembled new components and installed reverse of removal.
Coated grates with oil and seasoned for about 45 min @ 400* .
