The clamp lever is fastened onto the left hand bolt, and has been designed to lock the compound in the desired tilt position. A wrench and a screwdriver are necessary in the removal and repair. The clamp lever is sold individually.

Replaced a threaded bolt with a wrench and a Clamp lever with a screwdriver. Not very hard to do! Note: The bolt is left handed thread.
