compressor was "bogging down" and over heating way before reaching normal cutoff pressure

Parts Used
replaced the check valve and belt. utube video helped re belt replacement. you have to disconnect the piston rod to remove/replace belt. very importantly you must set new belt tightness correctly, (utube for this also can be found via google) i had to use a impact wrench to remove nut for piston rod.
