This is a genuine Echo replacement part that has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with pruners. The 10" chain fits over the saws bar and sprocket. This item rotates around the bar and is used to cut wood. The chain will require a hex socket wrench or ratchet and a screwdriver to install.

1. Removed the cover by removing the two nuts.
2.Used screwdriver to adjust chain where it was all the way loosened.
3. Removed chain.
4. Installed new chain making sure it is in the correct direction.
5. Install the cover and two nuts and tighten hand tight.
6. Now tighten the screw that tightens the chain. Tighten the two nuts snug
7. Make sure your chain is snug but not to tight.
8. Ready to start and try it out.
