1. Closed gate valves to that shower
2. Removed cartridge to see why it would not turn off an found small rock. Part of cartridge had snapped.
3. So went online to your website and ordered it.
4. Arrived in 3 days so I installed the cartridge and turned the water on in the attic.
The spline end of the cartridge for the bath faucet was broken off

2. Ensured that the new cartridge was set to turn in the right direction (the hot and cold rotate in opposite directions and the cartridge can be set either way)
3. Turned new cartridge in closed position and installed in the faucet
4. Installed old faucet hood and handle
Cold water turned out to not shut off completely.

Parts Used
Disconnect water feeds, drain excess water into catch pan.
Pop handle cap to see handle retention screw.
Remove handle screw.
Remove handle via upward pull.
Remove bib cover by threading left,.
Use small adjustable wrench or a 7/8" box wrench to thread cartridge.
Reverse order to assemble.
Beware of gasket material at bottom of cartridge. Do not damage said material or the bib will not shut off water flow completely.
Hot water was dripping.

2. Unscrewed handle.

4. Installed new cartridge tightened with pliers.
5. Screwed handle on.

2. Used a small screwdriver to remove the cap on top of the handle.
3. Also used a screwdriver to remove the screw that hold the handle on.
4. Used an adjustable wrench to remove the leaking cartridge (valve).
5. Installed the new cartridge.
6. Followed instructions on how to place the clip on top of the cartridge so that the handle closes in the right direction.
