This replacement carburetor is sourced directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Homelite chainsaws. It mixes the air and the gas before the combustible mix goes to the engine, over time it may wear out and begin to fail eventually requiring a replacement. If the engine won't start and the tank is full of fresh fuel or if the engine starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem. Please note this high-quality metal body carburetor is sold individually.
