This genuine replacement carburetor assembly is designed for Husqvarna gas powered edgers/trimmers. Carburetor supplies a combustible mixture of gas and air to the engine. It also helps to control its speed. This kit includes a metal body carburetor and a composite material gasket.
To complete this repair a screwdriver would be needed.
• Remove the air box cover, filter and base
• Remove the old carburetor and install the new one
• Re-assemble and test the unit

Replacement Carb for an edger.
I'm very happy with the new carb. I switched it out and it fired right up and is running like a dream again. I would have given 5 stars, but the new gasket it came with was damaged so I ended up using the old one. But the product was shipped fast, and arrived quickly.

Took off the filter, Removed the screws holding the carburetor on. Took off the throttle and the gas lines.Put the new gasket and the new carburetor on. Put the throttle and the gas lines on.Put the air filter back on.

Removed the air cleaner assembly. Removed the fuel lines and throttle from the old carburetor. Remove the old carburetor and the old gasket. Installed the gasket and the new carburetor, then installed the fuel lines and throttle to the new carburetor. Then replaced the air cleaner assembly.
