The carburetor gasket fits between the carburetor and the carburetor plate and helps to provide a seal. This is a genuine Homelite and Ryobi replacement part used in chainsaws. It is available as an individual replacement part. A socket set, a set of pliers, and a screwdriver might be helpful during the installation of this part. This part is made out of a thin material and will need to be replaced if it breaks.

1. Remove chainsaw cover, air filter and handles
2. Disconnect throttle wire from carb and fuel lines
3. Remove old carb and gasket
4. Install new gasket and carb
5. Assemble in reverse order.
